Breaking News – XAPO Bank Becomes The First Bank To Provide Bitcoin Lightning Payments
Private bank Xapo Bank, which holds a license from Gibraltar, has teamed up with Lightspark, the company founded by former Facebook crypto lead David Marcus, to integrate the Lightning Network and allow clients to make bitcoin payments. Members of Xapo Bank may now make quick, low-cost Lightning payments up to $100 at any merchant that accepts them without having to pay exorbitant transaction costs or wait long for a blockchain confirmation.
