Illinois Officials Push For The State’s Crypto Licensing Program To Emulate New York’s BitLicense
According to David DeCarlo, the state of Illinois’ first regulatory innovation officer and one of the leading proponents of the proposal in the state senate, Illinois is attempting to emulate New York’s crypto firm with a new supervisory framework.
